A teaching assistant helps a teacher in their daily schedule of teaching. It is feasible to obtain a job after finishing the level 2 course, but of course it is always better to have level 3, as getting the level 3 course will get you more experience, and experience is very important.

Another type of teaching on hand is teaching evening classes through colleges or community centres. These courses are normally a lot less demanding, and might not be suitable to choosing as full time Careers – more something that you could look at to add to another job. It could also just be something you have fun doing. It can be helpful if you are looking to move into a teaching career, as it will be experience for you.
